Artist's Comments

included in the file is the files to change the text and a readme (which is why there's no installation instructions)

this does, however work with sp1 and sp2 (both tested, by me)

please comment if you like, don't start a flame war, spelling, grammar etc. only say anything if you have something good to say please and thank you.

i recommend you use this with:
giannisgx's theme ([link])
Viglance
([link])
and the skin for Viglance

not to be a douche bag, or anything.
but why would you want the windows seven logo, if it says windows 6.1 in the actual info?

good job, nevertheless.
:iconjc1993:
thank you.
the point of a windows seven logo is, well so you can bring the look of windows seven to vista, just like how we wanted(and still do) the windows vista look for windows xp

This will take me a while........................
:iconbruubuntu:
ohh, i understand that, but doesn't it kind of kill the idea when it says "windows 6.1" right below it?

anyways, i wasn't trying to argue with you :P
just stating my point.

:iconjc1993:
unfortunately i cant change that. it's hard-coded into os as vista is kinda version 6 and seven is well, seven

Yes, Windows Vista is NT Version 6.
Why Windows Seven is called Seven is because it is NT Version 7.

< NT 3.1, NT 3.5, NT 4.0, NT 5.0 Windows 2000, NT 5.1 Windows XP, NT 5.2 Windows server 2003, NT 6.1 Windows Vista, NT 7.0 Windows 7 >
:iconaretom:
The first NT was actually Windows 2000 AKA Windows NT
They changed the whole database formatting in 2000 from FAT (the old one in '95, '98, and ME) to NTFS format (NT Filing System) and that's what they've used ever since - that's why you cant upgrade from '95, '98, or ME to 2000, XP, VISTA, or 7.
